Great for: Those in the corporate working world or non-healthcare providers who have busy schedules and would like the convenience of doing a portion online at their own pace. This blended learning approach combines self-paced online coursework with hands-on skills verification.
Class Length: 1 hour for in-person assessment & 1-2 hours online course. Complete the theoretical portion on your own schedule before attending the brief in-person session.
Assessment: In-person skills-assessment with expert feedback using CPR manikins. Our certified instructors will guide you through proper technique and ensure you meet AHA standards.
Pre-requisites: Certification of online course completion is required before attending the in-person assessment.

Friends & Family CPR
Great for: This class is perfect for those in the community wanting to learn CPR but are not required to carry a certification through their professional license or employer.
Class Length: Class will last about 1.5 hours, and may include kneeling on the ground.
Assessment: We will cover Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, & Choking. Hands-only CPR or can be taught with breaths.
Pre-requisites: None
Additional Information: Student book/reference guide will be provided to you at the time of class.

BLS Blended Learning
Great for: Those professionals working in healthcare and emergency services, including doctors, nurses/CMAs, therapists, as well as medical and dental office staff. First responders such as firefighters and police officers also require this training to effectively handle cardiac or respiratory emergencies. Additionally, caregivers in nursing homes, lifeguards, athletic trainers, and some fitness instructors may need BLS certification to meet job requirements. Anyone in a healthcare role should obtain BLS CPR Certification.
Class Length: 30 minutes to 1.5 hours for in-person assessment (depending on skill level and number of participants) & 1-2 hours online course.
