**No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.**
Rescue Now CPR reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund. If postponed, we will work with you to find an alternative date that accommodates your schedule.
Participants are expected to arrive on time for training sessions. Those arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as full participation is required to meet AHA standards and receive proper certification. No refunds will be provided for missed classes due to tardiness, but your payment can be applied to a future session.
To receive certification, participants must successfully complete all components of training, including the skills assessment and written exam (if applicable for your course type). If a participant does not pass these requirements, they will need to schedule and attend another session. Our instructors will provide specific feedback on areas needing improvement and may offer additional guidance when participants are close to meeting the standards. Our goal is to ensure everyone leaves with both confidence and competence in life-saving skills.
